The United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB) is the official assembly of the Catholic bishops in the United States. The USCCB's mission is to promote the greater good which the Church offers humankind, especially through forums and activities that help the bishops to cultivate an authentic Catholic faith, foster pastoral engagement, and provide a national perspective on matters of faith and public life.

The USCCB addresses a wide range of issues, including social justice, education, family life, and the sanctity of human life. It also provides guidance on liturgical practices, supports various ministries, and engages in advocacy at both the national and international levels. Through its initiatives, the USCCB seeks to share the teachings of Jesus Christ and the Church, while promoting the unity and well-being of all its members.
