Car Show
Over 200 vehicles and 20 antique tractors!
​Awards for the Car Show this year include 20 different award classes along with the Kids Choice and Deacon’s choice.
ONLINE Registration closed July 31st, but you can still Register IN PERSON at the Parish Office, or even Day of the Event. Use a form from the office or click here to get your own form.
Silent Auction
Stop in and see the over 400 items that we have at this year’s auction. One of the highlights this year is (Sturgeon Bay Fishing Charter for 4 people).
Silent Auction items will be closing between 3:15 and 3:45PM this year.
Back by popular demand is the Bucket Raffle this year which closes at 4:00PM (Must be present to win for Bucket Raffle)

Provide a dinner or service.

Tickets for an event.

Gift Certificates – any amount.

Dollars - for us to do the shopping for you.

Or whatever else you can come up with.

Event Rules
PETS:
No pets at any POP events, unless approved by the Pastoral Leader and advertised/communicated prior by the organizing committee/group.
SMOKING:
Smoking is not permitted under any of the tents due to safety/fire hazard, no exceptions.
VENDORS:
As this is a church fundraiser, we do not permit outside for-profit vendors making sales at this event.

A Convenience Charge of 3.25% will be assessed to each Credit/Debit Card transaction
Tithing
We like supporting our local community, so much so that we started tithing in 2020, during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic.
​
Your generous support and donations for our Picnic & Car Show not only help our parish, but also help support our tithing program (tithe: to give 10%).
What started in 2020 continues to thrive through the Holy Spirit and flourish faithfully by supporting a new local non-profit organization with 10% of our picnic proceeds.
